The Albanese Government’s commitment to deliver an Urgent Care Centre for Sunbury is on track with EOIs being sought imminently.
Unlike the Liberals, the Albanese Government delivers on its commitments and will always strengthen Medicare, not cut it.
Labor’s Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Sunbury will ease pressure on hospitals and give families in Hawke more options to see a healthcare professional when and where they need it.
It will be bulk billed and will be open seven days a week.
This Urgent Care Clinic will mean more families will get top-quality care from a nurse or a doctor without having to wait in a hospital emergency department.
The Albanese Government is taking real action on strengthening Medicare and opening our Medicare Urgent Care Clinics is the first step.
