Melton Primary School’s brand-new outdoor learning spaces are now complete, with students already making the most of the upgrade.
The $39,000 investment funded the installation of eight new outdoor learning spaces, an election commitment delivered as part of the Albanese Labor Government’s $240 million Schools Upgrade Fund.
Built for students to experience the natural environment outside their classrooms, the new spaces will give all year levels more learning opportunities.
Federal Member for Hawke Sam Rae said “our investment gives Melton Primary School the resources it needs.”
“The teachers, staff and school community do a wonderful job – I’m proud to be part of a Government that supports them to continue their amazing work.”
Melton Primary School Principal Vanessa Harrison said “Our eight new outdoor spaces give our students the opportunities for learning that they deserve.”
